Muzaffar Ali, an accomplished architect, academician, and development practitioner, holds a Doctorate and Master’s degree in Architecture. His expertise encompasses interdisciplinary cultural study, architecture, and sustainable community development. With a distinguished career in architecture and planning education, he made significant contributions in the Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Labor, serving vital roles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Oman from 2013 to 2022. His specialization in cultural and built environment sustainability positions him as a thought leader in architecture, sustainable design, and community development. Muzaffar Ali’s profound knowledge of Middle Eastern dynamics has fostered valuable relationships and insights, shaping his community development projects that prioritize sustainability and empower communities. With a global perspective, he ensures alignment with international best practices while respecting the unique cultural context of the Middle East. Recognized for his collaborative and visionary leadership style, Muzaffar Ali inspires interdisciplinary teams to drive creativity and innovation in cultural sustainability and community development initiatives.   

Mr. Irfan Ahmed

Mr. Irfan Ahmed, a highly skilled professional, holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Sociology from CSM Kanpur University, complemented by specialized qualifications in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management (PGDHM) Annamalai University and Human Resource and Administration (PGDHRA) from TISS. With a rich background in community engagement, communications, and outreach, Mr. Ahmed served as the Manager of Administration and HR in multi-specialty hospitals and community organizations, showcasing a deep understanding of healthcare, community development, disaster management and resilience and human resources. In his roles, he actively managed administrative functions, fostered positive workplace environments, and enhanced outreach to communities. As the National Coordinator for the Society for Bright Future, he exhibited leadership in coordinating initiatives for societal advancement and community resilience. Mr. Ahmed’s expertise, spanning sociology, healthcare administration, and human resources, positions him as a versatile expert adept at developing strategies for cultural understanding and community development. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Expert for our cultural organization, he plays a pivotal role in designing and executing outreach programs, ensuring resonance with diverse audiences and fostering inclusivity and active participation. Mr. Irfan Ahmed’s commitment and multi-faceted expertise significantly contribute to IMCF’s mission of cultural enrichment and community development.
